Lemon Goat Cheese Crostini

Ingredients

1 baguette, sliced diagonally into ⅓ inch pieces

11 ounces goat cheese

¼ cup honey

Zest of 1 lemon

Flaky sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Set baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and set aside to let cool.

Spread 1-2 tablespoons of goat cheese on each slice. Next drizzle about ½ teaspoon of honey on top, and then a sprinkle of lemon zest. Finish with a light pinch of flakey sea salt.
