Sangria is often filled with a mix of fruits, but this version keeps things simple, seasonal, and refreshing. Made with ripe apricots and our California Pinot Grigio, this white wine sangria highlights the crisp, aromatic character of the wine while letting peak-season fruit shine.

Pinot Grigio is a natural choice for late spring and summer entertaining. Light, bright, and refreshing, it pairs beautifully with the soft sweetness of apricots, creating an easy pitcher cocktail made for warm afternoons, porch gatherings, and sharing with friends.

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Combine the Pinot Grigio and sliced apricots in a pitcher. Stir gently, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

  2. Serve over crushed ice and garnish with an apricot slice.

Why Pinot Grigio Works in Sangria

California Pinot Grigio brings crisp acidity, light aromatics, and a refreshing finish, making it an ideal base for white wine sangria. The apricots add soft stone fruit flavor without overpowering the wine, keeping the cocktail bright, balanced, and easy to sip.
