Orders & Shipping
Typically orders are fulfilled within 1-3 business days. Please note that orders are not fulfilled on Saturdays and Sundays.
If you are not seeing any movement on your order after this time please contact support at support@onehopewine.com to request the status of your order.
After an order is in processing, no changes can be made.
Our team works on fulfilling your order as soon as possible.
You will receive an initial email confirmation of your order and you will receive another email once your order has shipped which will include tracking information.
Please note: During the holidays it may take up to 5 business days processing time before the package goes out the door.

FedEx
FedEx will make three attempts to deliver your package. If the third attempt is unsuccessful, FedEx will return your package back to our warehouse.
There is a $20 reshipment fee for unsuccessful deliveries. USPS ships non-alcoholic shipments.
Yes. Due to alcohol shipping laws, all packages containing wine require a signature of someone 21 or older.
A valid ID must be presented to the FedEx representative or at the Hold-at-Location, if picking your package up.
ONEHOPE’s estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days after the order leaves our warehouse.
A quick note: We ship from multiple warehouses. Your order will generally be fulfilled at the warehouse closest to your state, however, based on inventory your order may be fulfilled from a warehouse that is not as close, which can prolong shipping times.
If you choose express delivery, keep in mind that your order will still take 1-3 business days to process. Orders that are placed with expedited shipping are guaranteed within 3 business days after they ship. Please note: the day the order is placed, holidays, and weekends are not included in processing times.

We CAN NOT ship wine purchased online or by phone to the following states due to state laws:
AL, AK, AR, DE, HI, KS, MS, NH, RI, UT, WI
During the holidays we recommend padding the transit times by 3-5 days to ship across the United States, due to increased package volume and the potential for weather delays.
During periods of extreme weather, we attempt to ship wines at the beginning of each week in order to get shipments to you before the weekend.
This is to prevent your wines from becoming damaged due to unknown temperature conditions at our shipping carriers’ warehouses. While we always attempt to ship packages within 1-3 business days from receipt of an order, we may have to hold packages during extreme heat or cold until the beginning of the next week or when conditions have improved.
Warranty & Repair
All our products are subject to quality control.
Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects.
The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us within 2 months of noticing any defects.
It does not cover blows, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects.
An extended warranty can be added to your products for an additional cost.

Returns & Refunds
Happiness Guarantee: At ONEHOPE Wine, your satisfaction is our priority. If our wine does not meet your expectations in quality, please reach out within 30 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to assist you with a replacement under our 110% Happiness Guarantee. To initiate a replacement, please contact us at support@onehopewine.com with your order details and a description of the issue.
No Buyer’s Remorse: We understand that wine selections are personal; however, we do not accept returns, process cancellations, or offer refunds once fulfillment of your order has begun.
Missing or Incorrect Items / Damages: If your order is damaged in transit, or if you’re missing items or received the wrong product, please contact us at support@onehopewine.com. We’ll be happy to send a replacement at no cost to you.
Please contact support for order cancellations immediately. ONEHOPE is only able to cancel orders within 24 hours that have not yet begun fulfillment in our warehouse.
If your order is already being processed by our warehouse, we will not be able to cancel the order. Please note gift card sales and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
A refund request can be submitted within a month after the purchase is made.
In the case when the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you are eligiblefor a full refund.
In the case when the packaging has been opened and the product has been used, you are eligiblefor a partial refund.
In the case when a product has been damaged, and the damage is not covered by your warranty, you are not eligiblefor a refund.
Please check our Terms of Service to see if you're eligible for a refund.
When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.
When an order includes free shipping, only the cost of the return shipping is handled by the customer.
