Ingredients
- 1 ripe Bartlett or Anjou pear, peeled and cubed
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon honey or simple syrup (optional, depending on the sweetness of the pear)
- 8 ounces chilled Sparkling Moscato
- 4 rosemary sprigs (for garnish)
- 4 pear slices (for garnish)

Using a blender, purée the pear with the lemon juice & honey until completely smooth. If desired, strain through a fine mesh sieve for a silkier texture.
