Apple Vanilla Spritz with Sparkling Almond

Posted by ONEHOPE Winery on

Crisp apple, warm vanilla, and a touch of citrus come together in this simple sparkling cocktail made for the transition from summer into fall. Topped with ONEHOPE Sparkling Almond, the Apple Vanilla Spritz is refreshing enough for a warm September afternoon with just the right hint of cozy fall flavor.

Apple Vanilla Spritz Recipe

Makes 1 cocktail

Ingredients
  • 1 oz fresh apple cider

  • ½ oz vanilla bean syrup

  • ¼ oz fresh lemon juice

  • 4 oz ONEHOPE Sparkling Almond

  • Thin apple slices, for garnish

  • Cinnamon stick, for garnish

Instructions
  1. Add the apple cider, vanilla bean syrup, and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker with ice.

  2. Shake briefly, then strain into a wine glass filled with fresh ice.

  3. Top with ONEHOPE Sparkling Almond.

  4. Gently stir and garnish with a thin apple slice and cinnamon stick.

Why Sparkling Almond Works

The subtle almond character of ONEHOPE Sparkling Almond pairs naturally with the warm vanilla and fresh apple flavors in this spritz. Its bubbles keep the cocktail lively and refreshing, while lemon adds enough acidity to balance the sweetness of the cider and vanilla.

The result is a sparkling apple cocktail that feels distinctly fall without leaving summer completely behind.

Cheers to the Start of Fall

Whether you are welcoming friends for an early fall gathering or simply looking for a seasonal way to enjoy Sparkling Almond, the Apple Vanilla Spritz is an easy way to toast the changing season. Serve it chilled, garnish generously, and enjoy September in a glass.
