Our Cabernet Franc is a distinctive expression of the Atlas Peak AVA, crafted from carefully selected fruit grown in this rugged, high-elevation region. While the terrain presents challenges, the altitude and cooler temperatures create ideal conditions for slow, even ripening. This extended growing season allows the grapes to develop full phenolic maturity while preserving natural acidity and structure.
